Will the fine be waived if I subsequently purchase a hands free device and mail in the receipt?
After receiving a ticket in CT for using a cell phone without a hand held device, will the fine be waived or reduced if such a device is purchased? This would be similar to the emmisions fine being waived if the vehicle is tested within a certain amount of time.
