Need petition for hardship license in Indiana. The BMV website does not have it.
Live in Valparaiso (Porter County) Indiana. Was given a 10yr. habitual offender suspension in 2003 and by Indiana law am eligible to apply for a restricted license after 5 years.

Indiana has me as 10 yrs suspension for 10yrs, and both of my Habituals were suspended, so I had 1 year suspension
I have faxed documents from the court to show them my suspension was suspended, and I could reinstate them october 2008, but they still have me as 10yr suspension. I'm going to mail the docs to them, and goto local DMV to have them fax them over as well, It has taken them over a month and the 10..
