I was convicted of a DUI 17 years ago. Is this still on my driving record? I need a license for work etc.?

17 years ago I had a DUI, I did all required to get my license back (except pay an SR-22),because I decided I didnt need a license. I now need one, will all this still be on my record after 17years? Im really nervous about going to get a license after all this time. Thanks in advance for any info.
